Recently, the Minnesota Office of Cannabis Management (OCM) announced changes to the licensing process. Following a Ramsey County District Court ruling, OCM has ended the license preapproval lottery and is transitioning to a standard licensing cycle. This cycle, beginning in early 2025, will allow both social equity and general applicants to advance, ensuring a fair and equitable market launch while addressing previous delays.

The OCM remains committed to supporting qualified applicants like us and to fostering a sustainable, responsible, and equitable cannabis marketplace. While the new process introduces a revised timeline, we are confident in our ability to navigate these changes and bring our vision to life.
