Scheduling & Policies
• All services are backed by PayPal and include an invoice.
• Keith will coordinate scheduling within 48 hours of payment.
• Cancellations within 24 hours of an appointment are forfeited.
• Rescheduling with at least 24 hours’ notice is accepted.
• Services are non-transferable to other clients.
• Tech issues? If reasonable, Keith will extend time to compensate.
• Late arrivals: Time cannot be extended.
