We stand by the quality of our plants and offer:
• Male Insurance: A guarantee to replace or compensate for any feminized plant that unexpectedly develops male traits (see our Male Insurance Policy for details).
• Satisfaction Follow-Up: Customers can contact us within 10 days of purchase with any concerns about plant health concerns, including unexpected wilting, discoloration, or pest issues.
General Terms
1. Eligibility:
• You must be 21 years or older to purchase or use our products and government-issued ID is required at the time of purchase
• All sales comply with local and state cannabis laws; customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with their jurisdiction.
2. Product Use:
• Retail products sold by Minnesota Cannabis Clones are intended for personal cultivation where permitted by law. Wholesale transactions will be subject to license verification.
• We are not responsible for misuse of products or failure to adhere to local regulations.

• We currently do not ship
Orders and Payments
1. Order Placement:
• Orders can be placed via our website or in person.
• All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
2 Payment Terms:
• Payment is due at the time of purchase.
• We only accept cash.
• Any payment disputes must be reported within 7 days of the transaction.
3. Cancellations:
• Orders may be canceled prior to fulfillment. Canceled orders may be subject to a restocking fee of 15% due to administrative fees.
Customer Responsibilities
To ensure plants thrive after purchase, we recommend customers:
• Follow our detailed care instructions provided at the time of sale.
• Use appropriate growing equipment and maintain suitable environmental conditions.
• Notify us immediately if you notice any health concerns.
You have the right to:
• Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Update: Correct inaccuracies in your information.
• Delete: Request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal requirements.
• Opt-Out: Unsubscribe from promotional communications at any time.
Children’s Privacy
Our services are intended for individuals aged 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under this age.
Exclusions
Quality assurance does not cover:
• Plants that are damaged, neglected, or exposed to improper care after leaving our facility.
• Environmental issues such as pests, mold, or extreme conditions introduced in the customer’s growing space.
• Genetic outcomes beyond our control, such as slight variations in growth or phenotype.
Male Insurance Policy
Eligibility:
• Applicable to customers who purchase feminized clones or seedlings and opt for Male Insurance at the time of purchase.
Replacement Process:
• Customers must provide proof of the male plant, such as clear photographs. Do not bring your plant into the store for verification.
• Upon verification, a replacement feminized clone will be provided at no additional cost. Plus you will receive complementary male insurance on your next purchase.
• Replacements or refunds will be processed promptly after verification.
Exclusions:
• The policy does not cover plants that have been improperly cared for or subjected to stress conditions that may cause hermaphroditism.
How to Opt-In:
• Customers can add the Male Insurance Policy to their purchase during checkout for a nominal fee ($5 per plant).
Continuous Improvement
To maintain and improve our quality standards:
• We regularly review and update our cultivation and inspection practices.
• We seek customer feedback to address any gaps in our processes.
• We stay informed of industry advancements and adapt accordingly
• We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe a transaction violates legal or ethical standards.
• Improper care such as overwatering or under-watering, insufficient lighting, environmental stresses, or use of non-recommended growing mediums will void any guarantees.
Prohibited Activities:
• Reselling our products without proper authorization.
• Using our products for illegal activities.
